I'm a story just like everyone else.  I gauge my quality of life on how much I am being/experiencing love, kindness, creativity, and gratitude. seriously.  I approach life like its an adventure and everything can teach me. I laugh a lot.

My mental health gets clouded when I take my story too seriously or when I feel helpless in the face of suffering and history.

I live in Florida. I think Florida is wet, sexy, silly, and beautiful. I live in a swamp with a bunch of people and we all try to pretend its not a swamp and we're building something permanent and air conditioned. I'm moving to North Carolina in September to study documentary filmmaking at Duke.

I value and admire all different kinds of people. Especially the ones who live like they are bigger than themselves and create joy and peace for others. Lets connect and inspire.
